This class is designed to give people the fundamental tools and skills to draw and oil paint from life. Working from still life, I will demonstrate how to translate what we see into convincing and successful renditions. We’ll start with basic drawing skills, developing proportion, and geometry. Then we will move into tonality and color. Working step-by-step we’ll develop a thorough understanding of oil paint and how to use it.
