These works arise out of the pleasure and wonder from gazing at a woman’s body. Erotic desire is wielded in the marking and making and exploration to arrive at an image of aesthetic wholeness, twinning the experiences of incompleteness and completeness. The sense of the woman’s interiority and autonomy couples with desire, creating a fullness to the dynamic.
Some of these works were exhibited at J. Cacciola Gallery in New York City and at Rothschild Fine Art Gallery in Tel Aviv.
